Where stocks allow we aim to despatch orders within 5 working days from confirmation of payment and we promise to do all we can to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to postal or freight problems.

Upon receipt of your order we will confirm all details by email. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will email you immediately with timescales or to offer an alternative.  Indypindy will not disclose any of our customers' details to third parties or any other company.

Indypindy returns policy - you retain the right to return goods to us and this is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm At Indypindy we always hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied we will exchange or refund provided your purchase is returned within 7 days of delivery in perfect original condition with proof of purchase enclosed.
